Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below:

Access to and use of the qq820 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of the User's Account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. qq820 strictly enforces this requirement. Any Account found to belong to an individual under 21 will be immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any remaining real-money balance returned to the original payment method following an investigation period.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. qq820 is designed for and directed at Indonesian players. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly prohibited is not permitted.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into contracts, you are not eligible to register an Account.
• No Existing Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended Account on the Platform. Only one Account per individual, per household, and per device is permitted.
• Not a qq820 Employee or Affiliate: Employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates of qq820 and its related entities, along with their immediate family members sharing the same household, are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming or promotional offers on the Platform.

To access the full suite of qq820's products and services, Users must complete the Account registration process. By registering, you represent and warrant the following:

1. All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, email address, and mobile phone number — is accurate, current, and complete.
2. You will maintain the accuracy of your Account information and update it promptly if any detail changes.
3. You will keep your Account password confidential and not share it with any third party. qq820 will never request your password by email, chat, or any other channel. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to qq820 support immediately.
4. You accept sole responsibility for all activity that occurs through your Account, whether or not you authorised that activity.
5. You understand that qq820 may, at its sole discretion, decline to approve a registration application or suspend an existing Account pending verification or investigation.

KYC Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, qq820 requires identity verification using your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP). You may also be asked to provide a selfie with your KTP, proof of residential address, and proof of the payment method used for deposit. Documents must be clear, unaltered, and in full — partial or edited submissions will not be accepted. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission during WIB business hours.

All financial transactions on qq820 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• qq820 accepts deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Deposits are typically credited to the qq820 wallet within two to five minutes of bank transfer confirmation. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited in under two minutes.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.
• qq820 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which qq820 is not responsible.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single withdrawal limits are displayed within the Account withdrawal section.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless qq820 approves an alternative at its discretion.
• KYC identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals are subject to ongoing AML (anti-money laundering) monitoring and may require additional documentation at any time.
• Withdrawal requests received during WIB business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, UTC+7) are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes. Requests received outside these hours may take up to two hours.
• qq820 reserves the right to apply a temporary hold on withdrawal requests that trigger AML screening. Users will be notified via their registered email address if a hold is applied to their withdrawal.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money winnings derived from Wagers placed with Bonus Funds, after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full, may be withdrawn.

qq820 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Users. The following general terms apply to all qq820 bonuses, promotions, and special offers. Specific terms for individual promotions are published on the relevant promotional page and take precedence over these general terms where there is a conflict.

• All bonus offers are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is offered. qq820 will never retroactively increase the Wagering Requirement applicable to a bonus that has already been claimed.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered in full before any winnings attributable to those Bonus Funds can be withdrawn.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds may only be used on the game categories specified in the promotion. Using Bonus Funds on excluded games may void the bonus.
• Each promotion is available once per User, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Creating multiple Accounts to claim a bonus multiple times is strictly prohibited.
• qq820 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion has already been partially utilised by a User, qq820 will make reasonable efforts to honour the value already earned.
• Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited in full if qq820 determines that a User has engaged in fraudulent behaviour, bonus abuse, or any form of collusion in connection with a promotional offer.

The following rules apply to all gaming activity conducted through qq820:

• All games available on qq820 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software or live physical dealing equipment provided by licensed third-party studios, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined solely by these certified systems and cannot be influenced by qq820 or any third party.
• Once a Wager has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or modified. qq820 is not liable for Wagers placed as a result of User error, including incorrect game selection or incorrect stake entry.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, qq820's server-side transaction logs will be used to determine the outcome and applicable credits or refunds. qq820's decision on such matters is final.
• qq820 reserves the right to void any Wager that was placed, accepted, or settled in error — including errors in displayed odds, game configuration, or promotional credit application. Users will be notified of any such void by email and any funds affected will be returned to the Account wallet.
• For sportsbook products, including BRI Liga 1 markets, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, and international football (Timnas Indonesia / AFF Cup), specific sports betting rules apply and are published separately within the Sportsbook section of the Platform.
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) products, draw results are sourced from officially published draws and are final. qq820 is not responsible for any discrepancy between results published by qq820 and third-party sources.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on qq820. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account for any single individual.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim Welcome Bonuses multiple times, or systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place Wagers, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip-dumping in poker, team play in live casino games, or match-fixing in sportsbook markets.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the Platform's code, servers, databases, or payment systems.
• Abusing, threatening, harassing, or engaging in discriminatory behaviour toward qq820 staff, live dealer personnel, or other Users via any qq820 communication channel.

All content on the qq820 Platform — including but not limited to the qq820 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of qq820 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the Platform; modify or create derivative works based on Platform content; use qq820's trademarks or branding in any context without express written authorisation; or access the Platform by any means other than the standard browser-based interface provided.

qq820 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read together with this document. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

qq820 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and qq820's servers. Payment credentials — including bank account numbers, e-wallet tokens, and card details — are never stored after a transaction is completed. qq820 will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

qq820 may share your data with: payment processors and banking partners required to process your transactions; KYC verification service providers required to verify your identity; regulatory and law-enforcement authorities where required by applicable law; and qq820's licensed game studio partners to the extent required for game functionality.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qq820 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings arising from any interruption of service, game malfunction, connectivity failure, or maintenance downtime.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure or your failure to log out of a shared device.
• Losses arising from Wagers placed under the influence of error, misunderstanding, or reliance on inaccurate information from a third-party source.
• Any delay or failure in payment processing attributable to a third-party bank, e-wallet provider, or payment intermediary, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja system outages.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit qq820's liability for death or personal injury caused by qq820's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

qq820 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• qq820 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, underage participation, or other illegal activity in connection with the Account.
• The Account holder fails to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by qq820.
• The Account holder submits a voluntary Self-Exclusion request via qq820's Responsible Gaming tools.
• qq820 is required to suspend or close the Account by a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court order.

Where an Account is closed other than for misconduct, qq820 will return any remaining real-money balance to the User via the most recent verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings are non-refundable upon Account closure for any reason.

Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting qq820 live chat support or emailing [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five WIB business days.

qq820 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where the changes are material — that is, where they affect User rights, financial terms, or eligibility requirements — qq820 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice of the changes by email to all registered Users and by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

For minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause, and updates required by applicable law with immediate effect — qq820 may update the Terms without advance notice. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact qq820 to close your Account before the effective date of the revision.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qq820 holds its international gaming operating licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is disclosed to Users on request and is noted in qq820's licensing documentation.

Internal Complaints Process: If you have a dispute regarding any aspect of your Account, a Wager, a withdrawal, or a promotional offer, you should contact qq820's support team in the first instance via live chat (available 24/7) or by emailing [email protected]. qq820 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours of receipt and will issue a final decision within 14 calendar days.

Escalation: If you are not satisfied with qq820's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to the applicable third-party dispute resolution service or regulatory authority specified in qq820's licensing documentation. qq820 will fully cooperate with any regulatory investigation or third-party mediation process.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
